On May 21, 2021, Jessica Richman Smith and Thomas Mooney spoke at the Annual Meeting of the Connecticut Association of School Personnel Administrators.  During their presentation, entitled “We Aren’t Out of the Woods Yet:  Personnel Issues Confronting School Districts at the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic,” they answered eight questions on matters of current interest, including whether and how to end certain ADA accommodations, requests for leave, employee comments on changes in safety protocols, mask rules, and vaccination requirements.  At the end of their talk, Jessica and Tom distributed detailed materials related to these questions.  Those materials are available here and we hope that they are helpful.
