Engler will present the topic, “Being an Employer in the Digital World” at the 2017 Annual Conference of the Connecticut Association of School Personnel Administrators (CASPA). The presentation will review the latest developments in electronic monitoring, social media, surveillance, personal cell phones and mobile devices, and workplace recordings.
