Presenters will discuss real life scenarios to aid legal counsel, human resource professionals and supervisory personnel in properly identifying employee misbehavior, including bullying, insubordination, interpersonal issues and other disruptive behaviors. Attorney Jones, a prior law enforcement officer, will provide additional focus on best practices for dealing with violent or aggressive employees, and the legal steps to properly handle investigations and disciplinary hearings.
