On April 20, 2017, Chuck Howard, Shipman & Goodwin attorney and chair of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution Ombuds Committee, will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Education Conflict Resolution: Establishing Ombuds Programs in K-12 Schools” at the 19th Annual ABA Section of Dispute Resolution (“DRS”) Spring Conference in San Francisco, California. This program will describe how ombuds can be a valuable resource for conflict resolution in our K-12 schools.
