On March 26, 2017, Shipman & Goodwin attorney Chuck Howard moderated a presentation entitled “The Educational Ombudsman: A Valuable Tool for Early Dispute Resolution” at the National School Boards Association meeting in Denver, Colorado.  Chuck is the author of The Organizational Ombudsman: Origins, Roles and Operations-A Legal Guide, and has a national practice in representing organizational ombudsmen at universities and multinational corporations. He has lectured and written extensively on ombuds and related topics.
