Thomas Mooney, Andreana Bellach and Natalia Sieira Millan presented the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents (CAPSS) webinar entitled “Who Will Teach the Children? Staffing Challenges in the Time of COVID-19” on August 6, 2020.

 Personnel issues present some of the most significant challenges in reopening of schools for the new school year, and presenters posed and answered twelve questions that superintendents face.
