Anne Littlefield and Leander Dolphin will present “Anatomy of an OCR Complaint: Effectively Guide School Districts Through Race, Sex, and Disability Complaint Investigations” on March 21st at 9:00 a.m. at this year’s National School Board Association Council of School Attorneys School Law Seminar. Anne and Leander will be co-presenting with James Long, Jr., Former Senior Attorney for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights in Denver Colorado.
The NSBA’s Council of School Attorneys (COSA) School Law Seminar will be held March 19th – 21st in Nashville, Tennessee. NSBA advocates for equity and excellence in public education through school board leadership, and this year’s event promises to be the premier CLE program for school board attorneys in North America.
