Leander Dolphin and Anne Littlefield will present “Anatomy of an OCR Complaint: Effectively Guide School Districts Through Race, Sex, and Disability Complaint Investigations” on March 21st at 9:00 a.m.  They will be co-presenting with James Long, Jr., Former Senior Attorney for the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights in Denver Colorado.

They will present as part of the NSBA’s Council of School Attorneys (COSA) School Law Seminar in Nashville, Tennessee. NSBA advocates for equity and excellence in public education through school board leadership, and this year’s event promises to be the premier CLE program for school board attorneys in North America.
